At DANA Sportswear, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in producing high-quality sportswear, teamwear, and custom apparel designed to meet the needs of athletes, clubs, schools, organizations, and supporters.

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By placing an order with DANA Sportswear, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Standard Products

For non-customized products purchased from our online store, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging remain intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund, exchange, or store credit may be issued.

Custom Sportswear and Teamwear

Due to the personalized nature of custom-manufactured products, including:

  • Team jerseys

  • Soccer kits

  • Rugby kits

  • Basketball uniforms

  • Netball dresses

  • Tracksuits

  • Customized apparel with names, numbers, logos, sponsors, or special designs

these products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, names, numbers, sizes, colors, logos, and artwork before final production approval.

Manufacturing Errors or Defects

If a product contains a manufacturing defect or production error caused by DANA Sportswear, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution.

Examples may include:

  • Incorrect sizes supplied compared to approved order specifications

  • Incorrect names or numbers printed by DANA

  • Defective stitching or workmanship

  • Significant print defects

  • Incorrect products delivered

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order and must include photographs and relevant order information.

After assessment, DANA Sportswear may choose to:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Provide a partial refund

  • Provide a full refund where appropriate

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Customer-approved spelling errors

  • Customer-approved design errors

  • Change of mind after production has started

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper washing

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or product appearance resulting from manufacturing processes or screen display differences

Order Cancellations

Before Production Begins

Orders may be cancelled before production starts. Any applicable design, setup, or administrative costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

After Production Begins

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled and are generally not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Banking institutions

  • Payment providers

  • International payment systems

Please allow up to 14 business days for approved refunds to be completed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The product was delivered incorrectly by DANA Sportswear

  • The product arrived damaged due to a verified issue attributable to DANA Sportswear

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

Supporting information may be required, including:

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of damaged items

  • Order number

  • Delivery details

We will work with the relevant courier service to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
